½ cup butter
¼ cup cream cheese
½ pt. whipping cream
1/8 tsp. garlic pwd. or juice
Salt & pepper to taste
2/3 cup grated parmesan cheese (fresh is better)
Directions
Melt butter and cream cheese in sauce pan carefully. Add the rest of the ingredients with the parmesan cheese last. Serve with chicken over noodles.
