Microwave Hot Cocoa Cake

Dough:
1 cups flour
¼ cup sugar
1 ½ tsp. baking powder
¼ tsp salt
1 egg
¼ cup cooking oil
¼ cup milk

Topping:
2 Tbls. flour
1 Tbls. Cinnamon
1 Tbls. Unsweetened Cocoa
1/3 cup sugar
¼ cup cold butter

Directions

Combine all ingredients till moist. Place dough in a greased 8" pie baking dish. Add topping to the top of the dough and cook in microwave on HI for 6 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. I cut the dough in half & kept the topping the same. (I really like the topping part best!)
