4 c. milk
1 c. sugar
6 TBS. cornstarch
½ tsp. salt
2 TBS. unsweetened cocoa
¾ tsp. vanilla
2 tsp. butter
*Makes 1 Quart
Directions
Measure 2 cups of milk and pour into a blender. Pour the remaining milk into a large saucepan. Add all remaining ingredients (except vanilla and butter) to the milk in the blender. Pour the contents of the blender into the saucepan. On medium heat, cook until slightly thickened, stirring constantly to prevent burning. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla and butter. The pudding will thicken further as it cools. Very good!!!
