½ c. butter
1 c. corn syrup
2 ½ c. brown sugar
1 can sweetened condensed milk
1 gallon popped popcorn
Directions
Combine butter, syrup, & sugar in pan. Bring to a boil & add milk. Continue boiling to a soft ball stage. Pour over popcorn.
