2/3 c. margarine
1 c. sugar
1 egg
¼ c. molasses
½ tsp. salt
2 c. flour
1 tsp. cinnamon
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. ginger
Directions
Cream margarine and add sugar, egg and mix. Add molasses. Add dry ingredients. Mix together. Roll into small balls and roll in sugar. Put on cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 10–15 minutes.
