2 ½ cup flour
2 ½ tsp. baking powder
1 ½ tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. orange peel
2 cup grated zucchini
1 tsp. cinnamon
¾ cup oil
2 cup sugar
3 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
½ cup cocoa1 cup nuts
Directions
Combine oil, sugar, eggs beaten til creamy and light. Add vanilla, cocoa, orange peel. Add zucchini altering with dry ingredients. Add nuts and bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes. Makes 2 loaves.
