1 Cup butter Soft
1 Cup sugar
1 large egg
1 tsp Vanilla
2 tsp baking powder
3 Cups flour
Directions
Cream butter and sugar, add egg and vanilla, mix in baking powder and flour. Roll out to desired shapes. Bake at 400 degrees for 10 minutes.
