Pumpkin–chocolate Chip Cookies

¾ c. margarine
2 c. sugar
1 small can pumpkin (15 oz.)
2 eggs
3 ¾ c. flour
¾ tsp. salt
1 ½ tsp. vanilla
1 ½ tsp. cinnamon
1 ½ tsp. nutmeg
6 oz. chocolate chips
Directions
In a bowl, cream margarine and sugar. Add pumpkin & eggs and mix. Add flour, salt, vanilla, cinnamon, & nutmeg and mix well. Add chocolate chips. Drop by spoonful onto ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 375 degrees for 10–12 minutes.
