Raisin Or Apple Filled Cookies

Cream margarine and add sugar. Add eggs, vanilla, milk and mix. Add dry ingredients and mix well. Roll out on a floured surface. Cut with a large glass and fill with raisin, apple, or cherry filling or another if you wish. Put another cookie on top and seal the edges with a fork. Bake at 350 for 12–15 minutes or until golden brown. Beulah made these for Marion when he went out riding to gather cattle.
