2 eggs beaten
1 c. sugar
1 c. milk—add 1 tsp. baking soda (heaping) & 1 TBS. vinegar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 ½ c. flour
pinch of salt
½ c. melted butter to which you add 2 TBS. unsweetened cocoa
Directions
Measure the milk and add baking soda and vinegar to milk. Cream eggs and sugar. Add milk mixture and mix. Add vanilla. Add flour and salt and mix. Add butter and cocoa mixture to batter and mix. Bake at 400 for 20–25 minutes.
