1 package german Cake Mix
1/3 Cups & ½ Cup evaporated milk
¾ Cup melted butter
60 caramels (14oz bag)
1 Cup Chocolate chips
Directions
Combined dry cake mix, 1/3 Cup evaporated milk, and melted butter. Press ½ of batter into greased 9x13 pan. Bake at 350 for 8 minutes. Melt caramels n double boiler or slowly in microwave with remaining milk. Pour mixture over baked layer. Cover with chocolate chips — put remaining batter on top. Bake 18 minutes.
